Next Meeting

The November meeting will be at 3pm on the 5th and no meeting scheduled in December.   On Monday December 1st at 5 PM we will get together and decorate the Library.

Saturday September 27th, we had two tables set up at the Mill Mall in Ellsworth for Autumn Gold: Cookbooks, adult paperbacks and childrens books were sold.  It was a perfect day and we made $83 for the Friends.

NEW LIBRARY COOKBOOK  Please be on the lookout for a New Library cookbook for sale at the Library and other unspecified locations.   Sale of the cookbook will benefit the Building expansion Fund.

On Saturday November 15th from 9Am to 12Noon we will hold a mini booksale on the main floor of the Library.  We will bring up holiday themed books(craft and cookkbooks included) and offer some nicer condition books for sale which will be suitable for gift giving.

Donations of books in good condition are always welcome; please just leave them at the Library during normal hours.

Totes!  We just got a new shipment of the Blue totes in and they are still $10, so please purchase one for yourself and remember they do make wonderful gifts.

Welcome Friends!

The Friends of the Ellsworth Public Library are community members working on behalf of the library to raise funds and increase community involvement in the library.

Volunteers always have a splendid time at the book sale. Thank You to all who participated in these events because through your participation we raise funding for the many programs not funded by the city.  If you can volunteer but were not called please leave a name and phone number at the circulation desk or get it touch with Melanie Zador.

Program Schedule

The fall programming is diverse and a lot of fun for all to see.  Your donations made it happen.  For current programming please check our newsletter and the library web site/Facebook.
